Keith L. Myers, EVP, Financial Services Division at Cardtronics said, "This is an exciting opportunity for Cardtronics as we seek to broaden our relationships with America's premier banks. Our ATM program offers financial institutions a viable alternative method to expand their distribution channel."

Under the branding agreement, Chase customers will have surcharge-free access to Cardtronics ATMs in 246 Duane Reade locations in the New York area. This is the second major branding agreement that Chase has completed with Cardtronics; the first included ATMs in 215 Exxon Mobil stores in Texas.

The Cardtronics ATM Branding Program provides financial institutions with the opportunity to brand Cardtronics ATMs in major merchant locations across the country. The program allows an institution to rapidly penetrate new markets or preserve market share in existing markets. Cardtronics has established relationships with several blue-chip merchants throughout the country offering multiple ideal branding opportunities.

"By taking advantage of the Cardtronics ATM footprint, we were able to expand our Chase customer touch-points to include 246 Duane Reade locations," said Mike Bassani, head of Chase ATM business development.
