Isis®, the mobile commerce joint venture created by AT&T Mobility, T-Mobile USA, Inc. and Verizon Wireless, today announced an exclusive offer for American Express Card Members: now through June 1, 2014, American Express Card Members who tap to pay with a registered Card for a ride in a qualifying NYC Yellow Medallion Taxicab can get 50% back in statement credits.

The promotion is available to American Express' U.S. Consumer, OPEN® Small Business and Serve Card Members with a registered Card in the Isis Mobile Wallet. The promotion is good for up to $100 in statement credits per eligible Card and registration is limited.

"The Yellow Medallion Taxicab is an enduring part of the New York Cityscape and in celebration of this iconic symbol we are giving New Yorkers 50% back on taxi rides when they tap to pay with their registered American Express Cards in the Isis Mobile Wallet," said Ryan Hughes, senior vice president, banking and business development, Isis. "We are excited to offer this promotion for American Express Card Members and look forward to our work with American Express as we transform the way consumers pay."

The Isis Mobile Wallet is supported on more than fifty Isis Ready® smartphones available on AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless networks. Once consumers have an Isis Ready smartphone, they can download the Isis Mobile Wallet for free from Google Play. Message and data charges may apply. Consumers can use the Isis Mobile Wallet to pay at hundreds of thousands of merchant locations nationwide.
