Grassi & Co. continues its efforts to serve the Financial Services Industry with the launch of a brand new fund administration entity-Grassi Fund Administration Services, Inc. ("GFAS").
GFAS, a subsidiary of Grassi & Co., will take over the more than $3.6 billion in assets under administration previously administered by Grassi & Co.—continuing to provide customized solutions for fund managers, including fund accounting, investor, audit and tax assistance services on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

GFAS will expand on Grassi & Co.'s reputation for financial and service innovation—evidenced by Grassi & Co. being ranked by HFMWeek as one of the top fund administrators based on assets under administration—and will utilize industry leading technology, such as Advent's Geneva® and Geneva World Investor software, to solve the complex challenges faced by hedge funds, global asset managers, private equity funds and mutual funds with speed and efficiency.
GFAS will be led by experienced Financial Services professionals, Jim Anziano, CPA and Avi Rosenblatt, CPA. Keeping in line with Grassi & Co.'s service model, which is focused on helping organizations achieve the next level of success, Jim and Avi will leverage their more than 50 years of combined experience and industry knowledge to assist clients in reducing business risk and adjusting to the ever-changing regulations and investor expectations of today's market.
Jim's experience and expertise includes providing audit, accounting, tax and administration services to investment partnerships and hedge funds, as well as investment advisors.
Avi has extensive experience in the Private Investment Partnerships Industry, where he specializlizes in providing fund administration, accounting, audit and tax services for clients.
