NetEconomy, a leading provider of real-time enterprise risk monitoring and fraud solutions for the finance and telecom industries, announced today that it has been acquired by Cazenove Private Equity (CPE).

The new ownership gives NetEconomy access to capital that will accelerate its global strategic plan aimed at expanding product development and sales operations in the near future.
