Mike is founder and CEO of Marlborough Executives Ltd., a London based mentoring organisation providing services to senior executives of many leading blue-chip companies. A chartered accountant, he has also served on the board of a number of leading Plcs.

On accepting the appointment, Mike said: "I have worked with the senior executives of Savantor for some time and believe that the company is now well positioned for significant growth in a very vibrant market. I believe that my past experience, together with Savantor's well-known ability and established name in the payment space, will enable me to guide the board to achieve even higher levels of success."
