Create.net is the latest ecommerce shop and website building platform to offer integration with the online transaction system.

This integration comes off the back of Create.net's recently-announced Shared SSL certificate, which has enabled its users to add the all-important secure green padlock to their shop checkouts and improve customer trust in their businesses.

Allowing business owners and their customers a wide range of payment gateway options is integral to growing business, said Create.net CTO Simon Kimber: "We're pleased to be able to offer our users a payments solution that is not only incredibly quick and stress-free to sign up to, but also allows online shoppers to purchase directly through the checkouts of independent sellers without needing to be redirected to the payment provider's website."

"We're very excited about working with Create.net and providing its store owners a simple and elegant way to accept payments instantly," said John Collison, president and co founder of Stripe, which is publicly available in four countries and in private beta in a further seven.

The integration with Stripe comes at the tail-end of an exciting year for Create.net, which saw its user base of online businesses worldwide reach the 10,000 mark.
