CUneXus Solutions, a financial services software development firm focused on data-driven consumer lending strategies, has partnered with Digital Insight, a leading provider of technology solutions to financial institutions, to launch an innovative digital lending platform at Fresno-based Educational Employees Credit Union, the Central Valley's largest financial institution.

"We're thrilled to announce the availability of a single-sign-on (SSO) interface for our cplXpress product within Digital Insight's digital banking platform, and feel especially fortunate to have partnered with Educational Employees Credit Union to pilot the new release. Digital Insight clients can now offer their customers convenient, self-serve access to an assortment of preapproved loan offers within their online banking websites and mobile applications," said Dave Buerger, President of CUneXus Solutions. "This integration means a great deal to us. We look forward to working with Digital Insight and their clients, and we intend to exceed their expectations in every way."

Introduced to the U.S. financial services market in 2013, CUneXus' cplXpress product suite is the first release in a series of software products focused on re-engineering the post-crisis lender/consumer dynamic, while leveraging the advanced capabilities of emerging digital communications channels and origination systems to deliver a superior omnichannel experience. The cplXpress product enables banks and credit unions to extend their entire suite of consumer loan products to customers on a completely preapproved basis (no loan application necessary), and empowers consumers with visibility into their personal credit worthiness and buying power. Offer recipients are presented with highly-personalized product offers and pricing at every touchpoint, with the ability to instantly accept loan offers on-demand and initiate preapproved purchase transactions in real-time. The offer sets presented are precisely tailored to the recipient, but often include both secured and unsecured loan types, such as new and used vehicle loans, credit cards, personal loans, debt consolidation loans, student loans, overdraft protection, home equity loans/lines, and more.

"We see the clear advantages of providing ongoing preapproved offer messaging and acceptance capability inside of online banking, and feel that our Members will benefit from the convenience of 24/7 access to their preapproved funds," said Marketing Director Jim Huff of Educational Employees Credit Union. "The product will allow us to further engage our Members and build upon existing relationships, by ensuring that our lending services are top-of-mind and available when and where a need arises."

CUneXus' end-to-end preapproved lending solution includes an advanced risk-based pricing and multi-product rules engine, branch and call center cross sales integration, online and mobile communications, and a full analytics suite, as well as robust, full-service design, print, direct mail and email capabilities, offered through fulfillment partner PSB Integrated Marketing and its Loan Generator program.
