Five Degrees, the financial technology provider offering core customer facing banking technology for financial institutions announces today that it has signed a contract with CA-CF NL to implement Matrix, a core banking business process management engine as the basis for its new cross-channel platform.
Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance Group is a large international consumer lending company with a market leading position in the Netherlands with a portfolio of over 3 billion euro of outstanding consumer loans. As such the company is recognised as a leader and authority in the world of consumer credits. In a drive to enhance a single 360 degrees client view across products, clients and users CA-CF NL embarked on a selection process to find out of the box technology to roll out a single online platform in two stages across its customer service staff, clients, intermediaries and partners alike. The platform will enhance user experience, transparency and insight and as such drive the banks revenue model, while offering operational efficiencies too.
