Metavante secured 24 contract renewals in 2003

Metavante Corporation, the financial technology subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (NYSE:MI), today announced multi-year contract renewals with numerous clients for its comprehensive suite of bank outsourcing solutions. In 2003, Metavante completed 24 nationwide contract renewals, 11 occurring in the last six months of the year, with financial institutions whose assets, in aggregate, represent over $35 billion.

Some of the key clients to renew contracts during the third and fourth quarter of 2003 include the following corporations and financial institutions listed by geographic region:
  • Southeast - Synovus Financial Corp., Columbus, Ga.
  • East - Benjamin Franklin Savings Bank, Franklin, Mass.
  • Southwest - MidFirst Bank, Oklahoma City
  • Midwest - Catholic Family Life Insurance, Milwaukee;Savings Financial Corporation, Hales Corners, Wis.; First National Bank of Stoughton, Stoughton, Wis.;Community Central Bank, Mount Clemens, Mich.;The Herget National Bank of Pekin, Pekin, Ill.
