IBERIABANK, with 278 combined offices in 12 states and a total of $12.8 billion in assets, is in the final stages of the rollout of three OBS products: Messenger Financial Center (business e-banking platform); Messenger Mobile Banking (mobile business banking), and M-Secure Banking (online security/fraud prevention).

Mark Feagin, senior vice president of treasury management at IBERIABANK, stated that the implementation of the OBS system was smooth and required a minimum of manual intervention by the bank's IT staff.

"Our clients who had been with national and large regional banks are enjoying the same features and functionality that they have been used to with the big bank systems. The OBS system is secure, sleek and easy to navigate. It has allowed us to upgrade our reporting capabilities and renew the functionality of every day cash management tools." said Feagin.

"We were able to serve those middle-market companies before," Feagin added, "but our clients rely on critical cash management information and functions every day. It was time for a more powerful experience. Now we will be able to serve our existing clients better and offer outstanding cash management tools to new clients."

Joe Spatarella, OBS chief marketing officer, said "OBS brings an unmatched level of experience to product implementations, and we assist our FI clients in achieving minimal customer impact and maximum return of investment. We were pleased to work with the outstanding IBERIABANK project team."
