Financial Objects plc announces that Simon Frumkin, Finance Director, is resigning to pursue other interests.
Simon will be leaving the Board with immediate effect but he has agreed to remain with the Company until a replacement is found.
Roger Foster, Chairman, commented, "I would like to record my thanks to Simon for his contribution to Financial Objects during the past year, particularly in respect of his work on our acquisition of WMS and the move to AIM."
The search to find a replacement has begun and the Company will make an announcement once a successor has been found.
