SpryWare, a premier provider of ultra low latency feed handlers and direct market data technology, today announced a strategic partnership with Embium, a leading provider of multi-asset automated trading solutions.

Under the terms of the partnership, the companies will collaborate to offer clients increased market data coverage and connectivity, as well as value added services such as algorithmic development kits, risk management tools and order execution.

The partnership expands on both company's traditional product offerings. In addition to its traditional low latency and tick data products, SpryWare can now give clients an easy way to connect to automated trading platforms that will enable them to rapidly develop and execute on algorithmic trading strategies. Embium can now offer clients reliable and extensive access to a broad market data set that can be incorporated into its automated trading platform.

"We are committed to expanding our suite of solutions to the low latency market," said Daniel May, co-founder of SpryWare, "Our partnership with Embium allows us to demonstrate this commitment. We can now give users a simple way to connect with automated trading platforms that will allow them to seamlessly develop and execute on their trading strategies. That capability, coupled with our global low latency feed handlers, enables us to offer broader, more robust solutions that will give clients the tools they need to effectively compete in the marketplace."

"Partnering with SpryWare helps us establish the necessary framework for growth as we expand," said Janice Robson, CEO of Embium. "Their extensive feed handler coverage, and ability to dynamically manage market data growth is a perfect fit with our trading platform. Working with SpryWare, we can now offer a fully scalable solution that gives clients the benefits of rapid and reliable connections to key exchanges. The partnership demonstrates our company's commitment to serve global financial institutions with flexible strategies and highly scalable, server-side automation solutions for low latency executions."

The partnership is another step in SpryWare's organizational direction to expand its suite of solutions to the low latency market while keeping the costs of such solutions at a minimum. Last month the company announced a partnership with Pico Technologies, that gave SpryWare the ability to offer clients a more comprehensive market data set, raw feeds access, and extensive hosting and managed solutions.
