Triad Financial selects Austin Logistics call centre software

Austin Logistics Incorporated, a leading provider of analytic software and solutions that optimize collections operations, today announced that Triad Financial Corporation has decreased costly automobile repossessions since implementing CallTech and OnQ.

By installing the two software products, Triad measurably improved efficiency when calling customers who were delinquent on their auto loan payments. Triad Financial Corporation, a leading automobile financing company, focuses on non-prime lending for new and late model used automobile purchases. Triad selected Austin Logistics' solutions to enhance efficiencies in its collections operations and reduce the number of accounts that roll from early to late-stage delinquency. Triad reports that CallTech's optimized calling schedules are delivering an overall increase of more than 25% in right-party contacts and promises-to-pay. That means more auto purchasers are able to keep, and ultimately own, their vehicles, as well as keep their credit in good standing.

CallTech call schedule optimization software improves the collections process by mining and analyzing strategic data, including prior call history and customer account details. CallTech determines the best times of the day to reach the responsible party for each account. OnQ allows call centers to simplify and automate call list management, resulting in improved dialer efficiency. OnQ allows the user to balance calling schedules across multiple call centers, complies with calling regulations, receives same-hour skip-trace from First Data's FastData skip-trace database, and includes user-friendly tracking and reporting.
