This expansion is a direct result of Electra's growing client base in the EMEA region.

Mr. Kaufmann, with the full backing of Electra's global support team, is responsible for increasing the company's footprint in EMEA, which includes driving sales and business development and providing local support for clients in the region. Kaufmann will report to John Landry, CEO of Electra.

"This move underscores our commitment to better serve our current and potential clients, and further establish ourselves as a leading full service financial solutions provider in the dynamic EMEA market," said John Landry, CEO, Electra. "Andrew's deep knowledge of the financial services market and diverse background, as well has his stellar reputation throughout the industry, makes him a perfect fit for both Electra and our clients."

Prior to joining Electra, Mr. Kaufmann spent five years as vice president of Viteos Fund Services, where he oversaw the firm's EMEA expansion. He has also held executive positions at several financial technology firms, including Traiana, SS&C Technologies, Investment Technology Group and SunGard. Mr. Kaufmann began his career in 1986 with Bankers Trust Company.
