JFG is part of "Jernbanepersonalets bank og forsikring" (JBF) which offers a broad range of private financial offerings within banking and insurance. Insurance customers are employees, or relatives of employees that work in businesses related to the Norwegian Railway. JFG has eight offices spread throughout Norway in addition to a central call center and self-service over the internet.

FlexSure™ is now as planned in production with the initial phase of the system replacement program which includes group personal accident risk and professional indemnity insurance. The legacy systems supporting this portfolio have been closed down, decreasing significant operational and maintenance costs for JFG.

"FlexSure™ is a platform for the future," states Lars Fritzø, Executive Vice President at JBF. "We are now seeing the true potential of the solution and how it will enable us to achieve the goals we set for us when we started the project. Not only does the modern architecture allow us to seamlessly integrate to other systems, but our employees are also very pleased working with a modern Microsoft based insurance system. We are really looking forward to migrate the rest of our insurance portfolio to FlexSure™ so that we can continue to develop our insurance products and at the same time getting Solvency II compliant," Lars Fritzø added.

"Our teams have done a great job in getting JFG in production on time, on cost as planned," says Finn Oskarsson, CEO of Mantacore. "The initial delivery to JFG will form the base-line for the planed roll-out for all insurance products that are currently offered by JFG including some extensive customer self-service functionality not seen in the marketplace today. Not only are we implementing an efficient insurance and claims processing platform to JFG, but also electronic archive, Solvency II compliance and Call Center telephony integration - just to mention a few," says Finn Oskarsson.
