Caroline Wortley joins the company as Digital Business Analyst, a new role based in its Milton Keynes head office. A key focus will be on enabling financial institutions to make the most from their investment in the online and mobile channels.

Caroline joins QTS from Santander plc, where her role as Web Development Manager for eCommerce Solutions gave her full responsibility for eCommerce projects, from design and specification to implementation and analytics. Her knowledge of the commercial impact and implications of the online channel will be vital in helping shape QTS products for the future and in enabling the  company's clients to develop robust offerings to enhance customer engagement, whether via online or mobile platforms.

Garry Williams, Managing Director of QTS, said "I am delighted to welcome Caroline to our growing team. This new role  will allow us to assist clients in  understanding their  current online and mobile offering from a more  analytical viewpoint, before helping to deliver increased performance and return on equity through those channels.'
