InterTrader launches spread-betting service on MT4

InterTrader Direct today launches spread betting and CFD trading via the MT4 platform. Markets offered include forex, indices and commodities, all executed via automated processing (ECN/STP) with no dealer intervention.

This makes InterTrader Direct the first true 'Pound-Per-Point' spread betting service with No Dealing Desk on the MT4 platform. As a result, spread betting clients can now run expert advisors on MT4 to automate trading, analysis and strategy testing.

Moreover, InterTrader Direct operates a market-neutral broker model whereby all client trades are hedged fully in the underlying market. So InterTrader Direct never carries any exposure against its client's positions and so also eliminates any potential conflict between broker and client.

Shai Heffetz, Head of Financial Spread Betting and CFDs, said: 'We believe that your broker should be on your side. That's why we've created a direct and transparent trading service - for both spread betting and CFDs - founded on our 100% hedging policy. So we never have a vested interest in whether our clients are making or losing money.'

Spread betting on MT4

The MT4 platform is trusted by traders worldwide as a one-stop-shop solution for online trading, technical analysis and automated trading.  InterTrader Direct now brings true Pound-Per-Point spread betting to MT4.

Thousands of traders use spread betting as a flexible way to buy and sell a wide range of markets on margin, with tax-free profits for UK clients under current tax laws. (Tax status depends on the individual circumstances of each client and may change in the future. If in doubt clients should seek professional advice.)

InterTrader Direct combines all the benefits of spread betting with a direct trading system, allowing traders to interact with the market free from dealer intervention. And as InterTrader Direct has an exceptional liquidity pool, clients can trade tight spreads in large size, without concerns about unreliable execution.

Spread betting and CFD trading carry a high level of risk to your capital and can result in losses that exceed your initial deposit. They may not be suitable for everyone, so clients should ensure that they fully understand the product and the risks involved.
