Avelo, the UK's leading provider of technology solutions to the financial services market, now owned by Iress, has appointed Andrew Simon as UK Executive General Product Manager.
Andrew brings extensive experience of financial services technology to the role, and joins from iPipeline (previously Assureweb) where has worked for the past six years, initially as Chief Operating Officer and latterly as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his previous role, Andrew worked for Aviva for six years, and Zurich Financial Services for eleven years.
Andrew will be joining the company in December, and will report into Simon Badley, CEO of Avelo. He will form part of the UK executive board for the company.
