Fiserv appoints Robert Craig SVP, biller solutions

Fiserv (NASDAQ: FISV), a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions, announced today that Robert R. Craig joined the company as Senior Vice President, Biller Solutions.

In this role, Craig oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day management of biller products and solutions from Fiserv, as well as business development, marketing and account management.

Craig has extensive experience and is a respected leader in the billing and payments industry. Most recently, he was Chief Executive Officer of eDeposit Corporation, which provides prepaid financial services for consumers, merchants and businesses. Previously, he spent five years at Online Resources (ORCC), now ACI, as executive vice president and general manager of the eCommerce Services division, growing the company's biller business by triple digits during his tenure. With a background rooted in the payments industry, Craig has also held leadership positions at First Data, REMITCO, Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase.

"The billing and payments space is changing rapidly, challenging billers to keep up as they serve consumers who expect to be able to receive and pay bills through the channels of their choice - from online, mobile and tablet to in-person, IVR/CSR phone and mail," said Jardon Bouska, division president, Biller Solutions, Fiserv. "Industry analyst firm Aite Group recently cited Fiserv as the top processer of biller direct payments, and Bob's veteran leadership will ensure that we continue to deliver the strategic guidance and solutions that equip our clients to address growing payments complexity and enrich their customers' experience."

Craig will report directly to Bouska in his new role. Craig holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Lafayette College.

Fiserv is the largest processor of walk-in payments, electronic bill presentment (e-bills) and electronic bill payment in the U.S. ThThe secure electronic payments network from Fiserv processes more than one billion transactions annually, and also leverages partnerships with more than 3,800 financial institutions.
