Investit, the leading fund management consultancy, has appointed Clare Vincent-Silk as a Consultant reporting to Catherine Doherty, Principal.
Clare will work within the Systems Practice, the division of Investit specialising in investment management systems from the front to back office and high-level strategy through to the complexities of specialist system selections.
Prior to joining Investit, Clare's previous two positions have been Business Relationship Manager for the Front Office for Dresdner RCM and Morley Fund Management, where she worked on strategy, project management and implementation of front office applications - from research to trade execution. The first half of Clare's career was spent developing front office system solutions for broker dealers. In 1993, Clare moved over to the buy-side where she designed order management systems and provided front office pre-sales support and general consultancy.
Commenting on Clare's appointment, Catherine Doherty said, "Having worked within the financial IT sector for 23 years, Clare's expertise is well-known in the marketplace and will be a valuable asset to the growing Investit Systems Practice. Her skills and knowledge will contribute to the team's continued success in selecting and implementing systems which reflect our client's business needs."
