Ubiquiem today announces that Metro Bank, the UK's newest High Street bank in more than 100 years, is running Ubiquiem's Card Dispute Management Tool.
The solution, which manages the workflow of disputed card transactions, has been developed on Ubiquiem's innovative Tornado platform. It is the third application built by Ubiquiem for Metro Bank on this platform.
The tool enables Metro Bank to credit disputed transactions to customers' accounts in real-time, to submit chargebacks to the card scheme and to manage the representment process. It also allows the team to electronically report fraud transactions to a card scheme.
