Formerly of Merrill Lynch and more recently Equiduct Trading Systems, Stuart Rutherford joins Sentronex, an award winning provider of outsourced IT services to regulated firms.
As part of a rapid business growth strategy headed up by Entrepreneur and CEO of the Sentronex Group, Joe Sluys, Stuart has joined Sentronex in a Sales capacity, to further assist the firm in developing their footprint in the City.
Background:
Stuart has enjoyed a successful career spanning more than 25 years. Despite not thinking of himself as a Sales person, Stuart has held Senior Sales and Consultancy positions at the likes of Merrill Lynch and virt-x Exchange as well as PLUS Markets, NASDAQ OMX and Equiduct Trading Systems. Over the years, Stuart has built up a network of key contacts making him a well-connected figure amongst London's financial community.
Why Sentronex?
Stuart explains what attracted him to Sentronex:
"I was shocked at the calibre of financial clients Sentronex already has on board yet surprised not enough people in the market know we are. My job as Senior Sales Consultant is of course to sell, but I see it more as a branding exercise, promoting Sentronex and using my network of contacts to increase brand awareness.
I believe in the products Sentronex delivers - they are services that regulated firms require. A lot of these firms don't realise it yet and it's my job to change that."
