A complete set of bid documents should be obtained from Finance House, 16th floor upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 10,000.00. The method of payment will be by Cash or Bankers Cheque.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00 hrs, 30th August 2013. Late bids shall automatically be rejected. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to bidders contained in the bid documents. All Bids should be appropriately bound, sealed, labeled and clearly marked:

"TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CORE BANKING SOFTWARE for Development Bank of Kenya Limited", and should be deposited in the Tender Box at DEVELOPMENT BANK OF KENYA LIMITED HEAD OFFICE, SIXTEENTH FLOOR, FINANCE HOUSE - LOITA STREET

The bids will be opened immediately after closing in the conference Room on the 15th Floor, Finance House in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Development Bank of Kenya Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, in whole or in part, without giving reasons for its decision and will not in any case be responsible or liable for any costs associated with the preparation and submission of any bid or bids. Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
