Markerstudy select Open GI to centralise back office

Markerstudy's Retail arm, which offers a wide range of insurance products through multiple brands, including The Insurance Factory and Insurance Choice, will centralise its back-office systems onto a single Open GI platform.

The agreement will involve the migration of over 100 users from a CDL system to Open GI's Core Back-Office over the coming months. This fully managed project will include implementation, data migration, customisation, testing and delivery, and will see over 260 users throughout the UK using Open GI software.

Russell Bence, Head of Retail at Markerstudy Group, commented: "We were keen to centralise our back-office to one platform with as little disruption to business as possible and, knowing the quality Open GI systems provide, it made perfect sense to migrate across."

Simon Hughes, Sales and Marketing Director, Open GI, said: "We are delighted to reach this agreement with Markerstudy Group and look forward to further strengthening our relationship with them. By rationalising their IT to the Open GI platform, they will be able to maximise efficiencies and see a positive return on investment over the next five years."
