CQG today announced the 14.4 Beta release of CQG Integrated Client. This latest iteration of the company's flagship product introduces new features and enhancements, including considerable improvements to Signal Evaluator and Portfolio Monitors and also features a new chart type.

CQG IC version 14.4 Beta includes several additions and enhancements to the platform's desktop market data and analytics feature set. Signal Evaluator, part of CQG's powerful backtesting feature and popular with advanced technical traders, also sees substantial improvements in the 14.4 Beta release. A major user interface rewrite improves usability and modernizes the interface's look and feel. Core Signal Evaluator enhancements include:
• Evaluation setup consolidated in a single place with an easy yet feature-rich analytics format
• Evaluation analysis consolidated to a single pane with powerful and quick interaction
• Introductory text and multiple tooltips to ease the learning curve
• Vastly improved Microsoft Excel export results
CQG IC 14.4 Beta brings performance improvements to Portfolio Monitors, including enhancements to basic tasks such as resolution and accessing real-time data and the addition of dozens of new features and usability improvements to the interface's depth of market display. With trade execution functionality recently added to Portfolio Monitors, this innovative combination of market data, trading, analytics and data visualization in a consolidated view is a powerful and indispensable tool.
14.4 Beta introduces Heikin-Ashi charts, building on the CQG's history as an industry leader in elegant charting technologies and superior data quality. In the coming months, CQG plans to roll out other new chart types in addition to Heikin-Ashi, expanding the already-extensive charting tools available in CQG Integrated Client.
