Spire Payments is delighted to announce the appointment of Nick Parsons as the new Managing Director of its Northern European activities.
Nick has over 27 years of Information Technology industry expertise, with a wide-ranging background in sales, marketing and product development. Before co-founding Monetize Consulting in 2011, Nick was Managing Director of Ingenico, Northern Europe and Australia, Managing Director of Thyron Systems Ltd., Vice President Worldwide Customer Services, EMEA at NCR and held various executive appointments with CSC and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Starting his new role on Monday 17th June, Nick takes on responsibility for Spire's highly successful European Service and Repair centre, based in Wiltshire, along with the objective of rolling out the much anticipated new range of Spire products in Q3 this year across the Northern European region. He says of his move to Spire Payments, "I'm very excited to be joining Spire Payments at such a pivotal point in the company's evolution. With the new family of terminals shipping in the next few months, together with Spire's first foray into the mPOS market, we have the right products at the right time to become the most significant challenger to the established duopoly.
