Xuber, Xchanging's insurance software business has appointed three new senior members to its U.S. team, demonstrating its commitment to strengthening and expanding the company's stateside presence following the success of its re-launch in April.
Christopher Grey, John Zourzoukis and Steven Pickworth join Xuber across the roles of product development, product implementation and sales.

Christopher Grey joins Xuber as Lead Business Architect, with responsibility for designing user-focused applications across the Xuber suite of insurance software solutions. He has more than 25 years of software architecture experience, including senior roles in design and implementation at independent software vendors Agencyport, AscendantOne and Allenbrook, Inc.
John Zourzoukis joins Xuber as Principal Implementation Manager to ensure a seamless implementation process for U.S. customers. John has more than 33 years of experience with P&C insurance software and comes to Xuber from Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where, as Director of P&C Strategy, he designed, positioned, launched, and implemented P&C insurance solutions.
Steven Pickworth, Vice President of Sales, is the newest member of the expanding Xuber sales team under the leadership of Mike Kulp. Steve joins Mike Jones and Bradley Roberts, Vice Presidents who joined Xuber in October 2012, to engage e existing and prospective U.S. clients at a strategic level to secure new business for Xuber. Steve brings with him extensive sales experience in leadership roles, including tenures at competitors Exigen Insurance Solutions, Accenture/Duck Creek, and CSC.
Xuber currently serves more than 20 customers in the U.S. with solutions for brokers, insurers, reinsurers, and MGAs. Xuber's recent active participation in industry events includes a Diamond level co-sponsorship with Xchanging of ACORD LOMA and lead sponsorship of the IASA Annual Conference.
