Sterci opens German subsidiary

Sterci, the international leader in financial messaging technology, today announced the opening of Sterci Germany GmbH, based in Frankfurt.

The inauguration of this new subsidiary underlines Sterci's strategy to further strengthen its global position following the launch of Sterci Canada, Sterci USA, Sterci Asia, Sterci France, and the acquisition of the majority stake holding in Simplex in the UK. This latest Sterci base also highlights Sterci's solid and continuous growth, with an impressive 330 clients in 20 countries spread across four continents.

"This new subsidiary underlines Sterci's strategic commitment to increase its footprint in Germany. The new office will also strengthen Sterci's position as an international group delivering financial solutions globally" says Simon Kalfon, Sterci's CEO. "We now have key customers in Germany who require closer support and onsite resources to manage large projects. It is our job to deliver on these requirements." adds Simon Kalfon.

Sterci Germany GmbH will initially focus on consultancy services around payments, project management, program direction, and German language support of Sterci solution portfolio Sterci has appointed Mr Ralf Baust as Managing Director of Sterci Germany GmbH. Mr Baust had a portfolio of senior management roles in payments and has successfully led his former company to acquire a number 2 rating for payments expertise in Germany.

It is a very exciting challenge for me, having gained almost 20 years experience in banks and more than 10 years with different consultancy companies" said Mr Ralf Baust.
