Numis Securities is a rapidly growing investment bank providing a full range of corporate finance, institutional stock broking, market-making and research services.

Numis selected GL RIMS for the real-time transaction capture feed from the front office, automation of settlement instruction preparation, interfaces to CREST and general ledger and real-time depot/nostro positions. GL RIMS' breadth of instrument coverage, exception-based workflow and automated inventory management were key factors in the selection of the system which will be hosted by GL TRADE.

Simon Bailey, IT Director for Numis Securities says: "The process of selecting GL RIMS was aided by the impressive customer base and the teams’ thorough understanding of our requirements. The recent growth in our business, both in size and scope, has driven a requirement to highly automate our processing environment minimising all manual processes, and we needed confidence that a new solution would provide a high-level of straight through processing on a robust established platform. We fully expect that GL RIMS will enable us to improve the quality and timeliness of our services to our clients, and provide for continued growth of the business."

Nicolas Levy, CEO of GL TRADE Settlement and Back Office division comments: "We are proud to have been chosen by this most prestigious organisation. Their specific goals and high expectations in terms of precise functionality, optimisation of STP rates and efficient project management, were in line with GL RIMS rationale."
