This new ATM confirms the position of Mellon Bulgaria EAD as a technological innovator in this field. It also strengthens Teximbank's position as the bank which operates the most advanced ATM network in the country.
"We are pleased to launch yet another first from Teximbank," commented Tony Stoychev, Retail Banking Director at Teximbank. "We operate more ATMs across Bulgaria, which are extremely popular with customers. Touch screen ATMs are a highly efficient channel through which customers can easily carry out remote banking transactions."
"Teximbank chose Mellon Bulgaria EAD for this project not only because of the quality of our solutions, but because of our ability to deliver service according to the quality requirements of the bank -to guarantee the needed availability level, which is so critical in the self-service environment," Panagiotis Vlachos, General Manager at Mellon Bulgaria EAD, said.
