Red Box Recorders has signed a technology partnership with IP Trade, the provider of secure, reliable, IP based desktop telephony and unified communications consoles for professional financial traders and dispatching control rooms.
Under the global agreement Red Box will become a key partner for voice and video recording technology across IP Trade's product line.
Red Box's Quantify recording suite has been integrated with IP Trade's consoles which are used in a variety of mission-critical applications in conjunction with a range of leading IP-PBX, enterprise unified communications (UC) and command & control systems. This technical integration will enable IP Trade partners to deliver a seamless recording solution, as well as provide added functionality including a search and replay feature accessible on the trading turret itself.
