Sparebank 1 expands EDB contract

SpareBank 1 has signed a new agreement with EDB Business Partner ASA for the management and operation of its corporate market internet banking solution.

The contract runs from 1 July 2005 to 31 December 2007, and represents total business volume of around NOK 25 million.

Under the terms of the agreement, EDB will deliver management and operation of SpareBank 1's internet banking service for the corporate market. The new contract also includes the supply of an interface with the bank's other systems as well as related services. This new agreement increases EDB business volume with app NOK 10 million over the period, compared with former agreements within the same area.
