IKONS aims at delivering superior quality, service excellence and cost effective professional services in an uncertain and volatile business environment. The long-standing partnership with Misys has enabled ITC Infotech to develop robust professional services capabilities with Kondor+ and Misys Global Risk.

Through IKONS, ITC Infotech will offer end-to-end IT services including managed services, professional services, implementation, support and value added services including building standardizations, repeatability & reusability, enabling faster implementations through accelerator packs & quick starts and process standardization.
