The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:NDAQ) announces that the Supervisory Council of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn approved Rauno Klettenberg as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn.
Mr. Klettenberg will serve as CEO of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn beginning on April 8, 2013. NASDAQ OMX Tallinn operates the main stock exchange in Estonia and owns the Estonian Central Securities Depository (CSD), where he will act as the Chairman of the Supervisory Council.

"Our aim is to support companies that wish to access capital, foster greater investment in the country and provide greater opportunities for investors."
Mr. Klettenberg has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry and 11 years in management. As the Chairman of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn, he will ensure that the focus remains on issues which are central to ensuring a stable and attractive investment environment in Estonia.

Rauno Klettenberg joins NASDAQ OMX from Svenska Handelsbanken, where he served as the General Manager of the Estonian branch for over four years. Prior to that he headed the Corporate Banking unit of the same branch, and held positions at SEB Pank (formerly Eesti Ühispank) where he served as the head of the Credit Analysis Department and as a financial specialist and a credit risk analyst.
Mr Klettenberg has a bachelor's degree in BusBusiness Administration and a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Estonian Business School.
