Joining the firm are Andy Swenson, Executive Practice Leader, Technology; Bernard Guerrero, Executive Practice Leader, Decision Sciences; Susan Johnson, Senior Practice Director, Enterprise Operations; and Daniel Hines, Senior Director, Payment Systems. Andy Swenson, BS, CISSP, brings more than 25 years of experience in CIO assignments with firms such as Ceridian, Sykes and ServiceMaster. In 2012, Andy founded The Delbridge Group to leverage the capabilities of a broad network of technology professionals. For Longitude clients, Andy's work will focus on aligning client technology with growth strategies, system implementation and enterprise security.
Bernard Guerrero, MBA, BA, has been a decision sciences thought leader for specialty finance firms since 2003. He brings deep experience in profit-building predictive analytic solutions for customer acquisition and underwriting from assignments with ThinkFinance, AmeriCredit and Toys"R"Us.
Susan Johnson, MS, BA, has over 20 years of experience in project and product management, enterprise operations, integration management and customer support with MicroBilt/CL Verify, Encompass Telematics and Telargo.
Daniel Hines, BA, JD, has led prepaid business initiatives for over ten (10) years for Cornerstone Marketing, Motivano and Columbus Data Services with deep experience in reloadable (GPR), corporate incentive, payroll and loyalty rewards programs. He also adds overdraft, online short term lending, customer acquisition and retention experience to the Longitude team.
