Ms. McDonough will be responsible for ACH, Account Transfer, and Cash Concentration products within the P&H Web Cash Manager Suite. Prior to joining P&H, Karen spent over 20 years at State Street Corporation where she held a variety of positions in cash management including Sales Account Executive, Product Manager, and most recently, Vice President, Electronic Payment Products. She graduated from Colby Sawyer College and has earned a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.

Greg Williams comes to P&H from Citizens Bank, where he spent seven years in retail and small business, most recently as Vice President of Online Banking, overseeing the bank's online business, with staff and P&L responsibilities. Before joining Citizens, he was a Senior Product Manager at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where he managed the new product development process for Web-based and MS Windows Cash Management products. Mr. Williams holds a BS from Syracuse University and has earned a Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation.
