The additions give Billtrust greater managerial depth as it grows its share of the Outsourced Billing and Payments markets.

Perreault is highly experienced in product and business development, having served in a variety of general management, marketing and sales roles throughout the financial services industries. Among his most prominent positions, Perreault was Senior Vice President and Global Group Head, Small Business at MasterCard Worldwide, where he led the company's small-to-medium business activity globally and managed a team that doubled revenues within five years.

Perreault has also served as President of OB10, an e-Invoicing and payables automation company, and as Vice President and General Manager at American Express where he held several marketing and general management roles in the Consumer Credit Card, Merchant Services, and Corporate Services business units. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Management Information Sciences and Accounting from the Universitee de Sherbrooke, Canada.

O'Hara is a skilled consultant, Fulbright Scholar, Six Sigma Black Belt Professional and multi-disciplinary engineer with broad operational and M&A experience. Her background includes Director of M&A Operations at Tyco Fire Protection Products where she led the integration of a $130 million acquisition, managed the M&A pipeline, and established the framework for M&A integration worldwide.

Prior to her tenure at Tyco, O'Hara was a Senior Process Improvement Engineer at Immunicon Corporation (now Veridex, a Johnson & Johnson Company) where she held key positions in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Operations and Project Management. O'Hara earned her Doctorate in Biosystems Engineering at Oklahoma State University and a Masters of Sciences in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from the University of Abidjan in the Ivory Coast (West Africa).

"The addition of such highly accomplished individuals to our executive team speaks well not only of our company's opportunities, but also the steps we're taking to meet them," said Flint Lane, Billtrust CEO and President. "Marilyne and Bruno have demonstrated exceptional skill in their respective areas—Marilyne in integrating acquisitions and Bruno in growing payment businesses."
