Open GI has launched its latest innovation to reduce the time it takes for brokers to renew policies with the introduction of its new Open Renewals Portal.
Available in both the UK and Ireland, the new portal allows brokers to send batch emails to clients inviting them to log on and renew their policies online, on a like-for-like basis with their current insurer. Customised to incorporate the broker's own branding style and logo, the portal uses the client's unique details to enable the policyholder to confirm their acceptance of the invited renewal terms.
Secure payments in full can be taken online or existing premium finance plans can be continued. Fully integrated with the Back-Office, brokers will now save a considerable amount of time to process renewal policies and take payment.
