NCR Corporation (NYSE:NCR) and Tecniflex have resolved their pending litigation by settlement.
Under the agreement, Tecniflex and Universal Financial, which was acquired by Tecniflex, will pay license fees for their past, present and future use of certain NCR automated teller machine and item-processing diagnostic software.
Terms of the settlement were not disclosed, and neither company admitted liability.
