In order to meet its strategic objectives, Centenary Bank is seeking "Core Banking System" vendor to supply, install, implement and maintain a core banking system solution.
Apart for the core banking capabilities which is a mandatory component of this request, the solution must also cater for other business needs that should be provided as part of an integrated suite of modules as captured in the Request for proposal (RFP).
This is an exciting opportunity for the core banking system vendor who wants to partner and transform the lending Commercial Microfinance Bank in Uganda. For this reason, the most eligible bidder will be that with the highest technical score, the best strategic fit, the lowest solution risk and most favourable solution cost.
Firms and registered entities responding to the RFP should be able to demonstrate through references, approach and profiles that they have the requisite solution, experience, capability and capacity technically, financially and operationally and operationally to execute the project.
A complete set of the Request for proposals (RFP) in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the email address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$100. The written application should be sent to cbs.crdb@ug.pwc.com with subject: RFP for core banking system. The method of payments will be provided upon receipt of the written application. A soft copy of the RFP will be emailed to the interested bidder upon presentation of proof of payment of receipt of payment. Please note that by receipt of the RFP, the vendor will be bound to the confidentiality clause contained therein.
Closing Date of for receiving the Bids is 5th March 2013 at 10.00 hours East African Standard Time and thereafter a Bid opening at 11 hours in the presence of the bidders or the bidders representatives who may wish to attend.
