FLEXTERA BI SAP HANA Edition - the joint solution of Diasoft, Fujitsu and SAP - allows minimizing the use of internal IT resources for the support of business processes and reducing the time for the implementation of business changes and architecture scaling.

The solution combines the following data modeling and administration functions:
• Configuration and monitoring of data load processes;
• Data management through viewing and editing of BI applications data;
• Configuration of data quality control rules, data quality monitoring, and user notifications on data quality;
• Configuration of reporting forms, support of the workflow of reporting forms, and integration with BI-tools;
• Configuration and management of logical and physical data models;
• Configuration of transformation rules for accounting objects and deals; setting up and calculation of report adjustments;
• Setting up and execution of rules for data marking with analytical attributes.

FLEXTERA BI is built on JavaEE technology in full compliance with SOA principles. The solution was specially designed to fulfill all the functions associated with business intelligence tasks of a financial institution and provides comprehensive instruments for financial performance analysis, management reporting and regulatory reporting.

FLEXTERA BI incorporates a corporate warehouse, a comprehensive development framework for BI applications, and a suite of ready-to-use BI applications. FLEXTERA BI applications provide historical, current and predictive analysis of business operations and ensure timely and convenient access to the reliable and thoroughly selected information for the accurate decision making.

SAP HANA, released in 2011, is used to support in-memory processing of large data volumes. The solution is delivered as an integrated hardware and software complex. It includes SAP's software and a certified infrastructure solution provided by the company's technological partners (in the case of FLEXTERA BI SAP HANA Edition, the infrastructure part is represented by Fujitsu Power Appliance for SAP HANA).

As a universal multi-purpose solution, SAP HANA allows realizing different usage scenarios. For example, it can be used for the development of flexible BA applications for the online analysis of huge data volumes; for the acceleration and streamlining of the existing business applications; or for the development of new generation solutions, initially designed on the SAP HANA Platform.

Fujitsu Power Appliance for SAP HANA is an infrastructure solution that provides SAP HANA with a reliable and high performance computing platform and allows for TCO reduction. Fujitsu's expertise in the development of such infrastructure solutions as FlexFrame for SAP, allowed the company to become the first technological partner of SAP that had certified its cluster configuration supporting RAM extension up to 8 Tb.

"We recognize how important it is to create a quality BA infrastructure to support business processes of a financial institution: with business growth, the BI-landscape becomes the key success factor. With such partners as Fujitsu and SAP, we can offer to our clients a ready-to-use solution, the implementation of which takes no more than just several days", said Nikolay Ippolitov, Head of Partner Solutions Department at Diasoft.
