AIM Software, a leading provider of risk management and reference data management software to the financial industry, announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with DTS Latin, a market leader of software and consulting services in the Americas.
This powerful alliance enables AIM Software to enter South and Central America with its risk management solution, GAIN Risk Management, and its reference data management software, GAIN DataDesktop. The GAIN financial analysis platform offers market, credit and operational risk management modules and guarantees the high-quality processing of data from more than 15 data feeds, thereby improving the calculation of risk indicators.
AIM Software's new partner, DTS Latin, has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Venezuela. Along with its top-quality consulting skills, DTS Latin is one of the most important key players in the banking industry.
"We have high expectations of the partnership with AIM Software, as DTS' main market is also the financial industry. To strengthen this new partnership, AIM will be at the DTS exhibition booth at the Ciab 2005, the largest IT trade show for financial institutions in Latin America," said Leandro Martins, Technology Director at DTS Latin.
"After becoming the market leader for our data management software in Europe, we have expanded our activities into the United States, the Middle-East, and Asia. The alliance with the leading software provider, DTS Latin, is a logical step forward in AIM's internationalization strategy," said Matthias Rahmatian, Head of Marketing & Alliances at AIM Software.
Thanks to direct and local services and the combination of expertise and skills of AIM Software and DTS Latin, banks will be able to fully cope with the requirements of modern risk management and regulatory standards, such as Basel II.
