"This SWIFT label is a great achievement for Sterci" affirms Yannick Jauneau, Sterci Service Bureau Manager. "It places Sterci among the top ten service bureau players, given that only 14 of the 160 bureaux worldwide have this certification".

This label is specifically geared towards mission critical system outsourcing and as such guarantees that Sterci's Service Bureau services comply with stringent SWIFT requirements in terms of security, resilience, availability, organisation, contract, change management, operations and maintenance.

The label also ensures that the Sterci bureau environment and internal processes meet SWIFT's best-in-class high volumes connectivity standards, thereby providing peace of mind to our customers in our daily handling of their business. Furthermore, the additional services offered by the Sterci Service Bureau such as reconciliation, anti-money laundering, market data management, and format transformation also adhere to these rigorous best-in-class standards. Not only has this label reinforced our internal procedures, but it will serve as a building block to the development of new customer oriented services in addition to a secured cloud oriented offering in the future.

Simon Kalfon, Sterci CEO, comments: "This certification demonstrates Sterci's dedication to providing customers with a top quality business oriented platform, fully capable of responding to the pressures not only of today's market but also of tomorrow's market. This label not only proves that our infrastructure meets the most rigorous of service requirements but also highlights Sterci's ongoing commitment to the strategic development of its service bureau."
