TSYS (TSS) today announced the opening of a new financial services support centre in Milton Keynes, UK, to better serve the company's growing pan-European client base.
The new centre is run by TSYS Managed Services EMEA, a joint venture between TSYS and Dimension Data, an IT solutions and servicing provider.
The company currently operates financial services call centres in Milton Keynes; Coventry, UK; and Barneveld, Netherlands. The new servicing facility, Burystead Court, is now delivering a comprehensive suite of managed services customer care solutions to financial institutions throughout continental Europe.
TSYS recently moved into the new 57,000 square-foot, state-of-the art centre and provides multi-lingual customer service, risk and fraud support, dispute and chargeback servicing, collections assistance, back-office work and a variety of other managed services for its client base.

The facility is the newest addition to TSYS Managed Services' global operations. The group currently operates financial services support centers in the UK, the Netherlands, Jamaica, the Philippines, Canada and the United States.
