New York-based Banca IMI Securities Corp. uses Phase3 to support its U.S. and international equities and fixed income operations. The recent contract renewal also includes continuation of Phase3 Replication Services, which Banca IMI Securities uses to streamline operations and provide reporting and other timely data to management and its main office in Milan, Italy. Banca IMI Securities, formerly Mabon Securities, has been a Phase3 customer since 1993.

Credit Lyonnais Securities (USA) uses Phase3 to process U.S. and foreign equities, U.S. Treasury bonds, corporate bonds, foreign fixed income securities, and listed options. The recent contract renewal also includes continuation of STN Settlements, which Credit Lyonnais has used since November 2002 to centrally manage various interface connections with the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) and Euroclear via SWIFT for trade comparison, matching, clearance and settlement, as well as to communicate details of its U.S. trading activity with its Paris, France headquarters.

A Phase3 customer since March 2001, Credit Lyonnais also went live recently on SunGard's Margin Advisor to monitor its credit exposures intra day and perform real-time margin calculations for its institutional equities operations.
