Bisys Fund Services appoints James Nolan EVP

BISYS has named James W. Nolan as Executive Vice President of BISYS Fund Services with responsibility for global marketing, client service, and product development.

Mr. Nolan, 42, joins BISYS Fund Services from PFPC, where he was Senior Vice President and Managing Director for global business development, including product development and distribution support services. His previous experience includes positions at PFPC, Boston Financial Data Services, Pioneer Group, G.T. Global, and Wells Fargo Bank. In these roles, he has managed mutual fund operations on behalf of fund sponsors, wholesalers, banks and broker-dealers, advisors, administrators, and shareholders.

Mr. Nolan, a resident of the Boston suburbs, has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary's College and holds a NASD Series 7 securities license. While working in San Francisco, he helped establish the West Coast Committee of the National Investment Company Service Association (NICSA) and is currently active with Investment Company Institute (ICI), NICSA, and Securities Industry Association (SIA).
