Mike Harrison, earthport's new Executive Chairman, is conducting a thorough review of all of the Company's activities, including reviewing the proposed spin off of the Company's ensurePay subsidiary.
A further statement will be issued once this exercise has been completed.
It is intended that significant additional funds will be raised.
