Scott Parsons, chief technology officer at Exegy said, "The Reuters market data distribution system is a standard in many global banks. Exegy has over 150 feed handlers immediately available for use with RMDS, and we plan to expand the feeds and functionality available through that platform."

The software adapters that convert the Exegy format into RMDS are offered by integration specialists Rai Technology. David Ashburner, chief executive officer of Rai Technology added, "Thomson Reuters customers can now combine market data from RMDS with high quality ultra low latency data from direct feeds using the Exegy Ticker Plant. We've had quite a bit of interest from our customers in this solution and we're excited to be adding Exegy to our rich set of integration capabilities."
