We are happy to announce that we have completed another successful individual project "DiRecT" with Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI).
Walfried Lemerz Head of Payment Infrastructures, Operations and Projects at RBI explains the motive to initiate the project: "Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) has enlarged its position as a clearing bank with a widespread network of correspondent banks and payment infrastructures. As a result RBI maintains numerous accounts in many currencies with financial institutions and corporate clients".
MSIT's configurable application framework was the best innovative solution to automate the monitoring data relationships as it provides a highly flexible processing engine to be able to adapt easily to specialized scenarios and specific needs. With its predefined standardized interfaces it can collect different types of data (accounts, balances, transactions, etc.) from multiple systems (e.g. Wallstreet).
Mr. Lemerz adds: "The Disposition Reconciliation Tool "DiRecT" for RBI is a tailor-made solution based on MSIT-Application Framework to improve processes in the disposition of foreign currencies. Data from different applications can be loaded and matched. Funding opportunities are optimized and damages due to wrong disposition are avoided. We decided to work together with MSIT because of the user friendliness of its applications and the solution-oriented approach".
With DiRecT another common project was successfully launched.
