Bank Al Etihad taps CR2 for ATM network management

CR2 has announced that Bank Al Etihad in Jordan has strengthened its channel offering by adopting BankWorld, CR2's latest generation self-service platform to manage its ATM network.

The adoption of BankWorld enables Bank Al Etihad to take a competitive advantage in the Jordanian market by being able to launch new products and services efficiently and quickly across their ATM network as well as providing an improved level of service to their customers.

In addition, Bank Al Etihad has adopted BankWorld Studio and BankWorld ATM Manager which considerably strengthens their operations. The bank can now design and brand their own ATM screens and apply a unique strategy pending ATM advertisement, location or product campaigns. Also, Bank Al Etihad's operations team has now the ability to monitor and manage their entire network remotely with extended capabilities ensuring the optimum ATM uptime.
